How HEARTH Works

The next cycle of circles starts February 16

90-Day Program

HEARTH’s 90-day arc aligns with the science of habit change, long enough for new patterns to take hold and last.

Weekly 90-Minute Group Coaching Sessions

Engage in weekly virtual gatherings as 5-person circles with guided facilitation.

HEARTH circles are intentionally limited to five people to create space for dialogue and shared learning. This format allows for the kind of real connection that supports lasting change.

  • This is an optional opportunity to receive 1:1 coaching during our weekly session. Hot seat coaching gets you laser-focused and breaks through what’s been hard or holding you back. Sitting in the hotseat is a powerful way for the group to learn together through your experience.

  • Each week, you’ll receive personalized writing prompts designed to help you practice pausing and listening. This strengthens the self-trust that supports real integration and growth.

  • You’ll create new, personalized daily rituals that establish grounded rhythms so you can begin to banish overextension and reclaim your time.

  • You’ll have access to a Telegram group chat where your circle continues the conversation between sessions. This provides an opportunity to exchange reflections, resources, and stories of growth as you walk through transformation.

  • Our final gathering brings the HEARTH journey home to the body. Through sauna and cold plunge, the circle seals transformation in a celebratory ritual of shared space.

Your HEARTH Journey: From Grind to Grounded

Applications are now open for Cycle One: From Grind to Grounded

The HEARTH Creative Leadership Lab is a group coaching program made up of three cycles. The first 90-day cycle, From Grind to Grounded focuses on inner world regeneration, helping people reclaim their time, energy and creative agency through an introduction to the HEARTH framework.

  • We begin by orienting to where you’ve been and where you’re going.

Through the Hero’s Journey, you’ll map the challenges you’ve lived through, the thresholds you’ve crossed, and the wisdom you now hold. This process helps you see your story as a source of clarity and strength.

From there, you’ll set a 90-day North Star: a guiding vision rooted in what truly matters to you now. You’ll translate that vision into a simple, grounded action plan and begin moving with direction anchored in group accountability.

  • This module forms the heart of the program: HEARTH.

Working week by week with the HEARTH framework — Humility, Empathy, Attention, Resolve, Trust, and Honor — you’ll explore leadership as an inner practice. Each session offers a lens for understanding how you relate to yourself, others, and the moment you’re in.

You’ll identify where overextension, perfectionism, or fear are dimming your vitality and meet the parts of you that have carried too much for too long with compassion. This module builds the inner stability needed to lead with radical honesty.

  • Here, leadership turns outward.

You’ll work with the Creative Leadership Braidcreative agency, relational stewardship, and spiritual attention — to explore how leadership lives in our actions and relationships.

Rather than treating leadership as performance or authority, this module emphasizes leadership as something practiced through what you create, how you tend relationships, and where you place your attention. The braid helps integrate inner leadership with real-world expression.

  • In the final module, you’ll integrate everything you’ve learned into a weekly rhythm that supports rest, creativity, and spiritual nourishment.

We close by honoring the collective journey and naming the next chapter of your Hero’s Journey.

My best path forward is beginning to reveal itself. Your work encouraged and supported this positive reorganization of energy and I'm grateful for that.”"

    –Jonathan | Screenwriter

  • “The single gem that I’ll carry with me forever is that using my voice to tell my story sets me free. And in doing so, I can liberate many more people.”

    —Osman | Student & Journalist

    — Kathryn | Retired Therapist & Community Activator

  • “I*WE’s method starts changemaking on the inside. It is an inward revolution of our interior landscape. This transformed what felt like chaos and disarray within me into a harmonious place where all parts of me are valued and honored.”

    — Frances | Death Doula & Legacy Writer

  • Virtual, 90-minute sessions once a week facilitated by an I*WE coach

  • Optional Minneapolis-based sauna & plunge ritual. At this time, travel expenses are not included in the HEARTH investment.

  • The HEARTH framework becomes a guide for daily living. Our clients return to it for navigating: discernment, relationships, conversational terrain, conflict, and leadership decisions.

  • This work introduces you to parts work, the foundation beneath I*WE coaching.

Throughout the program, you’ll identify the parts of you that show up most in your daily life, especially under pressure, responsibility, or care for others. You’ll receive a visual map of these parts, including what they’re trying to protect, how they operate, and where they may be overworking.

You’ll leave with a kinder understanding of yourself and insight into how these parts can take on more supportive roles so your life feels more easeful.

  • By the end of the 90 days, you’ll create a personalized set of weekly rituals rooted in what you’ve learned about yourself.

Drawing from your parts work, you’ll design rituals that support rest, creativity, reflection, and care. Leave committed to rhythms that regenerate you long after the program ends.

What’s included in my HEARTH investment?

BONUSES

  • HEARTH practices are 10–15 minute audio practices designed to support you in everyday moments when you need to reset.

Each practice offers space to re-anchor your nervous system, reconnect with your inner authority, and integrate the work into real life.

These are repeatable practices that meet you where you are and help you return to your day more grounded than before.

  • Whether you're new or seasoned to coaching work, transformation brings moments where we could use additional support. I*WE gifts each of its circle-tenders with one, private 20-minute laser session to use at any time throughout the 90 days. Work through a stuck point, a grief moment, or even a celebration with your I*WE-trained coach.

  • Each circle tender receives a HEARTH beeswax candle and match set. We light the candle at the beginning of each session as a group ritual of presence, marking the space for reflection and inner tending.

We believe everyone is creative and everyone is a leader.

  • Creative agency is the practice of imagining, expressing and acting from your unique perspective, voice and lived experience.

This practice liberates originality and fuels our ability to express with confidence and joy.

Creative agency is a collaborative practice in that we encourage and champion the creative agency of those around us.

  • Relational stewardship is the practice of honoring the networks — human, ecological, and systemic — that make life possible.

It means using communication tools and mental models of the future to steward self, others, Earth, and the living whole.

It’s the commitment to show up as part of something larger, to co-create systems of care that regenerate rather than deplete.

  • Spiritual attention is the practice of turning toward the greater intelligence, consciousness, or Presence each of us meets in our own sovereign way.

It’s the recognition that we build sacred connection through daily alignment, and that this relationship is the wellspring from which all other relationships flow.

It’s how we tend the ecosystems within us: the beliefs, emotions, patterns, and parts that shape how we meet the world. When we cultivate this inner attunement, our leadership becomes rooted, clear, and guided with purpose.

How that shows up in our lives looks different for each of us. When we tend to our inner worlds, we begin to see how personal regeneration can ripple outward into collective care. To do this, we must each step into our own creativity and leadership. We understand Creative Leadership as a commitment to three core practices:

If you’re feeling caught in a cycle that leaves little space for delight, rest, or creativity, this is your invitation to shift.

What Becomes Possible through Group Coaching

Accountability

Real transformation takes root when we’re witnessed. In the Lab, you’ll be held in your emergence, supported by your circle and your coach. The structure of coaching offers accountability and the spaciousness to let change move you in meaningful, lasting ways.

Creative Community & Connection

You’ll be part of a circle of creators, leaders, and changemakers who are also learning to lead from authenticity. As a circle, we witness and support each other. The group dynamic reminds you that you’re not alone and that transformation is even more powerful around a shared fire.

Return to Truth

You’ll be guided to listen to the parts of yourself that are ready for honesty and healing. We’ll uproot mistruths and release old stories and perfectionism. This is when leadership becomes a radical act of authenticity.

Tools for Regenerative Leadership

Through guided practices and frameworks, you’ll develop tools and rituals to lead yourself and others from your spiritual taproot. You’ll practice communicating truth with kindness, establish routines that honor yourself and others, and bring HEARTH leadership into your craft, your relationships, and your daily life rhythms.

Healing from Burnout

Recognize where you’ve been operating out of exhaustion, people-pleasing, or over-performance, and learn to lead from what feels alive instead. You’ll begin to reprioritize what nourishes you, making space for your creativity.

Reignited Passion & Purpose

When you let go of performance and perfectionism, you’ll begin to rediscover how curiosity leads us to creativity. The world becomes alive in a new way. One where we can see possibility and hold hope.

How is HEARTH different from other coaching?

Most coaching programs focus on performance, habits, productivity, mindset shifts, or surface-level change.

HEARTH works differently. We focus on the deeper inner conditions that shape how you live, work, and create, where burnout, disconnection, and loss of meaning actually begin.

  • Instead of fixing symptoms, HEARTH works at the root through the Transformational Coaching Method (TCM) to address exhaustion, loss of presence, and disconnection from self so change actually lasts.

  • Our frameworks, tools, and rituals have been developed over the past four years through international study, creative leadership programs, art and design education, and real-world coaching. They’re designed to integrate into daily life.

  • HEARTH is built around small circles. Through sharing our stories, people are genuinely seen, supported, and connected.

  • HEARTH begins with reclaiming your time, energy, and inner life, but it doesn’t end there. We believe inner regeneration is the foundation for collective change. This work is a small, intentional seed toward a more connected, creative, and humane world.

Meet your HEARTH Coaches

Hey, there! I’m Korbin.

I’m a creative leadership coach, storyteller, and inner ecosystems regenerationist devoted to helping people reclaim their wholeness and lead with love.

My journey started in a small town in the Western Uplands of the Wisconsin Driftless and carried me across cultures, landscapes, and traditions. From the beaches of South Florida to regenerative farms in Nepal to sacred fires and ceremonies with elders and earth stewards here in Turtle Island, wandering has shaped my character.

Along the way, I realized our inner worlds are also made up of ecosystems, just like our outer world. Tending to grief, addiction, ancestral harm, and spiritual longing is like soil work but for the soul.

My own healing journey brought me through the grief of losing my mom to cancer when I was 22. Then a long road to setting down alcohol, while being painfully carved by a longing for partnership that never came. The trials and heartaches of my life have both awakened me and deepened my commitment to walk alongside others ready to alchemize their pain into their truest becoming.

Alongside my Transformational Coaching Method and Heart Coach certifications, I am also a professional Speaker Coach within an agency where I’ve guided hundreds of individuals in crafting and delivering their TEDx talks. It is an immense privilege and delight to do this work as I believe stories heal, disrupt, and reweave the world.

I started this work not thinking I was a creative person and caring immensely about leadership. I have since claimed my creativity and am now a proud Master of the Art of Creative Leadership from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, where I*WE was born.

If you’re feeling the pull to to go all in on this human experience — if you’re wanting to know yourself more intimately — to create from your soul — if you’re wanting to reclaim what it feels like has been ground out of you — to find out how you can use your life for the betterment of humanity and this planet — if you know you were made for more, you’re in the right place, beloved. You are a creative leader. I*WE welcomes you with open arms knowing it will be more beautiful than we can imagine.

Hello! I’m Gwen.

I’m a creative leader, artist, and facilitator devoted to helping people reconnect with their creative vitality and lead from wholeness.

I grew up in a small river town in Western Wisconsin, raised by two creatives who filled our home with music, art, and curiosity about the Divine. From an early age, I learned that creativity brings us to stillness, meaning, play, and the trust that allows for collaboration with one another.

My path carried me through design, marketing, and environmental studies, and into a 14-year journey in entrepreneurship. I helped build a business from the ground up, contributing to the creation of a global, industry-leading product. That season was expansive, demanding, and deeply formative, teaching me as much about leadership as it did about the cost of overextension.

Alongside my professional life, I’ve walked many wildernesses. Divorce, cancer, and suicide have been my greatest teachers and the most profound invitations to turn inward. These experiences reshaped my understanding of burnout, not as personal failure, but as a signal that our inner worlds need honest attention to repair.

It was through the grief of losing my brother to suicide that I found my way into this work. HEARTH supported me in reclaiming my creative agency, reorienting my leadership, and tending my inner world with radical honesty.

What a time we find ourselves in. An undercurrent of hopelessness is sweeping through our communities as we collectively witness and grieve a surge in global division, disconnection and disparity. “Unprecedented times,” we say. And that’s exactly why it’s such an incredible time to be here. We each have an opportunity to bring our unique gifts to the table. So whether you label yourself as creative or not, I’m so stoked you’re here. Your curiosity means something.
