This six-week firelit sanctuary fosters radical inner transformation and collective emergence. Unlike other Creative Leadership Labs, Hearthlight uniquely weaves sacred storytelling, sauna rituals, and nature-based leadership to regenerate inner systems rooted in care.

Here, the unraveling becomes compost - fuel for new growth. Through ritual, story, and embodied practice, you’ll learn to transcend feelings of urgency and victimhood and remember how to center in a place of vision and resilience.

Korbin Lyn Paul - regenerative leadership coach, storyteller and spiritual practitioner

Hello Dear One,

I’m Korbin - a regenerative leadership coach, storyteller and spiritual practitioner devoted to helping people reclaim their wholeness and lead with love. My journey started in a small Wisconsin town and carried me across cultures, landscapes, and traditions, from the beaches of South Florida to regenerative farms in Nepal, to sacred fires and ceremonies with elders and earth stewards.

Along the way, I realized our inner worlds are also made up of ecosystems — just like our outer world. Tending to grief, addiction, ancestral harm, and spiritual longing is soil work for the soul. My own healing journey - through loss, recovery, and awakening - deepened my commitment to walking alongside others ready to do the same.

In addition to my leadership and spiritual work, I’m a professional speaker coach with an agency called Leadr. I’ve guided hundreds of individuals in crafting and delivering their TEDx talks. Storytelling is the heartbeat of everything I do, whether it's helping a changemaker find the thread of their life's message or holding space for a leader to voice what’s long gone unsaid. I believe stories heal, disrupt, and reweave the world - and it’s been an honor to help so many people step onto the stage, fully rooted in their truth.

I help courageous creatives, leaders, and changemakers reconnect with their inner wisdom, transform fragmentation into resilience, and step into their authentic leadership. My coaching practice is trauma-informed, anti-racist, and rooted in sacred relationship with That Which Is Greater.

I’m currently completing my Master’s in Creative Leadership from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, graduating in 2025. It’s an honor to weave together creative leadership, regenerative practice, and spiritual devotion in the work I offer. At the heart of it all, I believe we’re meant to live as love’s ambassadors - tending the inner and outer landscapes that shape our world.

Program Features

6 Group Coaching Sessions - 90 minutes each, 1 per week

Engage in live, VIRTUAL gatherings grounded in firelight, using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Hearthlight's proprietary 5-step framework for deep change. Once cohort is fully enrolled the last week of May we will decide a regular time and day to meet starting the first week of June!

In-Person Sauna Celebration & Plunge

Join your cohort for a sacred sauna ritual—an earth-based experience of cleansing, storytelling, and community bonding. Will take place on Summer Solstice - Saturday June 21, 2025 in Minneapolis, MN, for those who can come.

SAUNA

In 2017, Korbin’s ancestral lands in Scandinavia called to her soul and tugged at her heart. A few years later, she moved to Finnmark, Norway - on the doors of Russia and Finland - to answer the call. When she wasn’t butchering reindeer, seeding kelp, or coaching, she was in the sauna, learning everything she could about this ancient practice and powerful tradition.

Now I*WE is an ambassador of sauna culture, specifically what Finns call "sauna diplomacy," a term for when politicians meet in sauna to break down barriers, build trust and sometimes even make decisions.

I*WE invites us to allow the heat to strip away pretense, and our sweat and steam to bridge divides. In the elements, God is present: healing, unifying, reminding us of our shared humanity.

For I*WE, the sauna is more than a tradition - it’s a living altar, a place where fire and water cleanse the spirit, where truth is spoken, and where leaders are forged.
